SHMS Annual Golf Day 2019
Summer has rolled around again, and do you know what that means to the SHMS team? Time for our annual golf day!
Every year we get a few a few clients and friends together from ourselves and SHMS Contracting to enjoy the sun, do some networking and most importantly, play golf! With 21 people joining us, it was our biggest golfing event yet with clients coming from all over the country to take part.
We were very lucky again with the weather this year. The day was lovely and warm throughout, but luckily not quite as hot as last year. This meant we managed to avoid a lot of the sunburn that we suffered in 2018! Not to say there wasn’t some this year because there was, we assure you.
We all met at Skylark Golf & Country Club in Whiteley on the morning of July 12th to start the day with coffee and bacon sandwiches before heading out onto the course for 18 holes of Stableford golf. First tee was at 10:30, then we made our way around the green and headed in to the bar for a drink or two in the late afternoon.
The SHMS team also shut the office up early and went along to chat with everyone and have some dinner. Food was served shortly after which was a fantastic lasagne and garlic bread. Classic!
